What is the minimum order quantity for custom wristbands?
For custom silicone and fabric wristbands, our minimum order starts at 50 units. Stock Tyvek and plastic wristbands can be purchased in packs as small as 10.
How long does production and shipping take?
Stock items ship within 24 hours. Custom orders typically require 5-7 business days for production, followed by your selected shipping method's transit time.
Are your wristbands waterproof and durable?
Yes, all our wristbands, including Tyvek, silicone, and plastic, are 100% waterproof and designed to withstand activities like swimming and outdoor festivals.
Can I print my own logo or QR code on the bands?
Absolutely. Our online design tool allows you to upload high-resolution logos and generate unique QR codes for security and easy scanning at events.
What is your return policy for personalized items?
Due to the nature of custom manufacturing, personalized wristbands cannot be returned unless there is a defect in material or workmanship. Stock items may be returned within 30 days.
Do you offer bulk discounts for large events?
