Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once your return is authorized, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return packing slip to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely place the wristbands in their original packaging, attach the shipping label to the outside, and drop the parcel at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
